What should I do if the thermostat displays a different temperature than that of the floor?

Unscrew and remove the front of the thermostat. Check behind the front of the thermostat to make sure that the position of the temperature mode selector is set to F. Contact the Customer Service Department ( Link on page 3.0) for assistance. You will need an ohmmeter and a megohmmeter to verify the heating cables.
