Yes. The thermostat can operate in manual mode.
Open the door on the right.
Press MOD/RET as many times as necessary until the small hand appears on the screen. (image de la main du thermostat) Set the temperature by pressing the ring (upward to raise the temperature, downward to lower the temperature).
